Nest RTSP is a fairly lightweight service, but like any service which serves content, the requirements scale depending on both the amount of content being served and the amount of clients which will be served. The following is a guideline which will fit most use-cases:

If you are using Google Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery), Google Nest Doorbell (battery) or the Google Nest Cam with floodlights, you will need to ensure that you have enough CPU to render each feed as H264. This can be processor intensive and is not recommended for low-powered devices such as Pi's.
